Important note: All speakers must attend their recording slot at the exact date and time confirmed for the recording of their presentation. Speakers who miss their recording appointment will not be offered another appointment option.
All presentations will be broadcast at the scheduled date and time. Presentations will then be available on demand until 30 November.
Symposia chairs will be requested to prepare a live introduction of their session and speakers as indicated in their session details. Speakers will not have any slides during this live component. Chairs will be contacted with more information ahead of the conference.
Speakers and chairs are required to be online and attend the live session, and then be available to answer potential questions from the audience during the live Q&A. Should a speaker not be able to join the live session, they must inform the Conference Secretariat and the session chair(s) ahead of time, and ensure that one of the session stakeholders or a colleague will respond on their behalf.
Symposia chairs will be requested to prepare a pre-recorded slide introducing their session and the session speakers. They will need to book an appointment for a recording of their introduction through the Speaker Portal.
After their session has been posted online, speakers and chairs are able to interact with conference participants through a written comment section. Details about the process will be shared at a later stage. It is the responsibility of the speakers and chairs to make sure the queries in the comment section are addressed until the close of the conference.
