Conference News 30 Jun 2020

Registration is now open for the 51st Union World Conference on Lung Health, which will take place virtually from 20-24 October 2020.

This innovative and interactive global virtual event features longstanding priorities like tuberculosis (TB), air pollution and tobacco control, as well as the historic new threat of COVID-19 and what that means for health systems more broadly.

Union members receive a 50-euro discount on registration. Join The Union now to benefit from this and other membership advantages. Complete your Union membership before registering for the conference to benefit from this discount.

The new virtual format of the conference gives you the opportunity to participate in The Union’s most accessible event. And, with registration fees starting at only €49, we are hopeful that all those wanting to join will be able to be a part of the event.

Join us at the 51st Union World Conference on Lung Health. Wherever you are in the world, we can join together to find solutions to the biggest issues in lung health.

Affected Communities

The Union provides sponsored registrations free of charge to select speakers and presenters of scientific sessions and to participants from affected communities or civil society.

In addition, for the first time this year, the Union World Conference is providing a discounted registration rate for survivors of TB and other lung diseases. This is thanks to direct action from affected communities and civil society.

This price reduction will be live on the registration platform shortly, but for now, please wait to register if you are from an affected community. Find out more.
